Colonel Lopez retired from the Army after 25 years of service.  He led multiple units in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan and finished his career as an Army Brigade Commander leading over 1,500 soldiers and civilians. Colonel Lopez brings a passion for service, reliability, dependability, and customer service to Farnam Realty Group. He has developed efficient operating systems at Farnam that benefit our tenants, owners, and staff.

Josh James is a leasing expert that has been in the property management business for over 10 years. He has processed thousands of leases, and he is the powerhouse that makes Farnam #1 in CT for leasing. Josh is an experienced property manager, and he knows how to solve problems and get things done.

No one works harder than JM Guerrero!  24/7 and 365 days a year, JM and his team of maintenance technicians take care of our properties. JM manages all our work orders and keeps the properties looking pristine with our team of landscapers. JM has been working for Farnam for over 5 years.
